A special thank you to Juan from Aligned Chiro!

We’re incredibly grateful to have Juan on hand to support our players with any injuries, niggles or concerns throughout the season. Whether it’s at training or on game day every Saturday, Juan is always there to help keep our players performing at their best.

His knowledge, professionalism and willingness to give up his time for the club are greatly appreciated by everyone involved. We are very fortunate to have someone of his calibre supporting the Dirty Reds and we’re thankful for the care and expertise he provides to our players week in, week out.

Thank you, Juan, and the team at Aligned Chiro, for your continued support of our club.

With Mates Rates Day this weekend and June being Men’s Mental Health Month, it’s a great time to highlight the importance of men’s mental health.

For too long, the “man up” stigma has made many men feel like they have to carry their struggles alone, that asking for help is a sign of weakness, or that they should just push through. The truth is, that couldn’t be further from reality.

It’s okay to not be okay. Strength isn’t about suffering in silence; it’s about having the courage to speak up when you’re struggling.

Start the conversation with your mates. A simple “How are you really doing?” can make a bigger difference than you realise. Check in on your teammates, your friends, your family members, both on and off the field.

Remember, you are needed, valued and loved. You don’t have to carry the weight alone. Whether it’s a mate, a family member, or a professional, there is always someone willing to listen.

No one wants to be impacted by suicide. By looking out for each other and having honest conversations, we can help make sure nobody faces their battles alone.

Be kind. Check in. Speak up. We’re all on the same team.

MAJOR Sponsor Spotlight - The Hibernian Hotel

Today we’re shining the spotlight on our MAJOR sponsor, the Hibernian Hotel.

The Hibo has supported us in countless ways over the years and we’re incredibly grateful for everything they do for the Goulburn Rugby Club. Without them our club would not be what it is today! Whether it’s after a hard-fought game or a catch-up with mates during the week, the Hibo is the favourite meeting place for our players, supporters and club members.

With great value meals, cold schooners and a welcoming atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to relax and celebrate after a day at the footy. There’s always a chance to have a good time at the Hibo, with live music every Friday and Saturday nights!

Proudly run by Pat and Cath Burke, the Hibernian Hotel is a family-owned pub that shares the same community spirit and family values that make our club special.

We encourage all our members and supporters to get behind the businesses that support us. Next time you’re looking for a feed or a drink, make sure you drop into the Hibo and thank them for their continued support of the Dirty Reds. 🍻🏉
