Fizzy Reds (Primary)
In 2025, the Goulburn Fizzy Reds junior rugby competition will field competitions in the following divisions:
- Get Into Walla (4-5)
- Get Into Tri Time (6-7)
- Tri Tag Rugby (8-12)
- Junior Rugby (8-12)
Matches will be played on Friday nights at Carr Confoy fields. Times will be provided shortly, with first matches starting at 5.30pm. Training takes place on Thursday nights, times to be advised by coaches.
The competition came into being in 1998, initially at Poidevin Oval. As it grew, more space was needed and it moved to Carr Confoy Oval.
The competition is a player nursery for both Goulburn Juniors and Trinity Catholic College with many former Fizzy Reds eventually graduating into the Dirty Reds.
