After two shortened seasons, a lot of sniffles and coughs and a whole bunch of marrying and baby-making (not necessarily in that order), we’re back with a real, fair dinkum, full-length rugby season. Fingers crossed. 

And to start it off, the Goulburn Dirty Reds women’s team were first to take the paddock in competition footy and kicked off season 2022 with a resounding 66-10 win against Jindabyne at Jindabyne on Saturday 9 April. Great pics and writeup by Pete Oliver when you follow the link below.

Meanwhile the men’s teams were both in pre-season trials against Tuggeranong at Viking Park, and came back with a win and a loss. First grade won by 33-20, seconds lost by 20 something to 10.
