Weekend roundup – Sunday June 23, 2019

Just two games played this weekend and both at Poidevin Oval with the men's first and second grade sides having the week off.

The Women kept their undefeated record intact with a dominant but scrappy 26-10 win over Gungahlin.

The U13 Goulburn/Yass Barbarians lost to Eddies by 24-10 although Eddies only scored one more try than the BarBars.

While we're talking about juniors, three Goulburn girls (two of them current Dirty Reds) have been selected in ACT All Schools Teams.

The major highlight of the weekend was club stalwart Boyd Newby notching up his 250th game for the club. It's a rare honour that only a very small handful have achieved and there are further details about Boyd's career in the first grade report.
